Join us in this two hour class where Frances will take you through a guided tasting of eight different cheese styles. She brings a wealth of information from her Master of Cheese studies plus an entertaining style to regale you with the history and stories behind each cheese. The class is based on the Academy of Cheese Make/Post-Make classification system and you will learn how different styles of cheesemaking result in unique flavour profiles. The class includes a PowerPoint presentation and Tasting Sheets based on the Academy of Cheese Structured Approach to Tasting.
Drinks are not included but will be available for purchase from The Fort Cafe, located in the Fort Tectoria Building at 777 Fort St. Meeting rooms are equipped with top of the line Audio Visual Equipment.
