Victoria Cheese School will be curating a small but select line of cheese chosen for their unique characteristics and flavour. In this endeavour we are partnering with two local businesses, and we will be selling our cheese in two different ways.
Cheese Bags at The Fort Cafe

Every month we put together bags with three different cheeses sharing a common theme. You will receive approximately 300 grams of cheese along with also a brochure describing each cheese and making wine recommendations. These are fantastic as gifts or for holding your own wine and cheese party.
The Fort Cafe is a bustling downtown café in Fort Tectoria. They serve eats and treats featuring local products as well as excellent coffee and tea and a well curated cocktail and wine list.

Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Every month we will offer a rotating selection of precut cheeses that we have featured in our classes and events. The selection will be limited but well curated.
Fernwood General Store sells thoughtfully chosen products of local and international origin. It is known for Kosher, South African and specialty goods.
